EXCLUSIVELY AT HOUNDFEST! Darlene Pratt donated an oil or acrylic (your choice)
painting for you to have your own personal greyhounds or dogs painted. This canvas will be
somewhere around 24" by 24". She is a deaf artist who has been professionally
painting since she was young. Her art has won many ribbons and first place awards in local
shows and contests. Darlene does special order paintings as well as painting on candles,
vases, watering cans, and so much more. There truly is nothing Darlene can't paint. See a

CHRISTINE COFFMAN of www.coffman-art.com has made a
donation to Houndfest. She was taught to carve by her father in 1963. Self-taught
from that time, her style has become distinct and reflective of her North European
heritage. Linden wood is used due to the perfect pairing of it's properties to her needs.
Butternut wood is used for it's interesting grain patterns. Both woods are native to
eastern United States. Each carving is signed and dated then finished with tung oil to
seal and protect the wood. Some of her carvings are whimsical, Some are serious, and all
are absolutely gorgeous! |

GREYHOUND ARTWORK WITH MAT AND FRAME - Jan
Kraft donated a beautiful greyhound art piece that measures approximately 13.5" X
15.5" including frame. This picture of three greyhounds standing out on a hill side
is matted in a olive green and the frame looks like oak. The frame is rather thick (about
2") and truly accents the piece wonderfully. Click the picture for a better

GREYHOUND PENCIL SKETCHING - Jan Kraft
also donated this truly graceful greyhound picture. It looks like a pencil sketching of a
greyhound lying down and is dramatically matted with a white mat. It measures
approximately 13" X 15" including the matching black frame. The artists

GREYHOUND HEAD CARVING - Among many, many
items donated by Jan Kraft is a beautiful handmade wood cut out of a greyhound. This
wonderful decoration that would look fabulous in a window is about 8" across.

WOLF HAVEN - Wolf Haven has generously
donated several passes for their guided walking tour where you will see the Grey wolf, the
Mexican grey wolf, the Red wolf, wolf-dog hybrids, and of course the popular coyotes !
Truly an educational and fun outing. They even have picnic tables so you can enjoy a nice

CLOUD STAR TREATS - At Houndfest you will
find the yummy Cloud Star buddy
biscuit treats in our raffle baskets and bags Cloud Star supports humane education
programs throughout the United States in addition to donating a portion of profits to our
furry friends in the animal shelters. Cloud Star is dedicated to preserving the
environment that belongs to all of our animal and human friends. Recycled products and
soy-based inks are used whenever possible. Many other treats use artificial sweeteners or
even refined sugars, but you will find only whole, real ingredients in our treats. Yeah,
maybe sucrose would cost us a little less than molasses, but we believe that quality is
more important. We hope that you will agree. Free of corn, soy, sugar, salt, dairy, and

GREYHOUND ARTWORK - Donated
by Norm Smith, this is a gorgeous picture of greyhounds at a picnic in the renaissance
era. No doubt the greyhounds are sneaking the good stuff while their family is enjoying
the beautiful scenery around. Note the theme: No one can have just one greyhound ! The
picture was professionally framed with a rich, deep burgundy metal frame. This fantastic
picture measures about 17" high x 22" wide. This is a high quality picture and
frame. Due to glare, I did not get a great picture. So keep in mind the picture does this

NATIVITY SCENE - The
barn on this nativity stands about 11 inches tall at the peak. Each figure varies in size,
but averages about 5.5 inches tall. This wonderfully classic Nativity complete with
manger, animals, Holy family, wise men, Sheppard boy, and angel were graciously donated by

POSTER PRINT - Graciously donated by Gail Keshishian, the first
of two prints is of a really light brindle greyhound laying in amongst gorgeous yellow
wildflowers. Joyce Kitchell painted the original watercolor "Khianti" for the
purpose of greyhounds and this is a print of that painting. Measures

greyhound lying oh so gracefully on it's pretty bed staring up at you with those sweet
innocent eyes we have all grown to love. Joyce Kitchell painted the original watercolor
"Blue" for the purpose of greyhounds and this is a print of that painting.
