Bridge the gap between High School and Adult Life by providing opportunities for students to gain skills and community connections for a successful transition.

Students Served:
    *  Students requiring specially designed instruction
    *  Ages 18-21 years of age
    *  Have not yet graduated from High School
    *  As determined by the IEP or Multi-Disciplinary Team
 
Taught in the Community and Natural Environment

Areas of emphasis includes:  -   Daily Living Skills  - Self Advocacy  - Functional Academics  - Community Access Support  -  Vocational Support  - Transition contact with Adult Service Agencies - Job Readiness Skills
