Debbie was a long time list member of Macca-L. I know I will miss her cheerful humorous notes.
I had the good fortune of traveling from Washington state to NY for the Buddy Holly Dance Party.
While waiting in line to get into the Roseland Ballroom, I met Debbie and Ali. They were so
excited about being there. They didn't have tickets when they arrived but somehow they found
tickets to get in. They were so thrilled and I was so happy for them. I'm just sorry I didn't arrive
in NY until after the luncheon. I would've loved to chat longer with her and the others.

Debbie brought vitality, humor and warmth to our list through her messages. I know she was a
nurse for 27 years. Nurses are so compassionate and most have a great sense of humor. That
combination probably made her a fabulous nurse, a great wife and a wonderful human being.
She was on Macca-L over two years. Even though we have over 450 people on the list, we have
managed to become a family. We will truly miss Debbie. Her family and friends are in my
thoughts and prayers.

Oh, and Debbie...while you're in heaven, ask Linda about the Fireman's hose. :)

Love to all, Cathy
